How quickly can you produce my order?
We have many production options on our site. We have a range of 3 days and even 24hr production if required. Our regular production is 1-2 weeks depending on the chosen product, though we have some products we source from overseas that have a longer time frame.
What is included in the price on the product pages?
Product pages show pricing, including branding. Under the price, it states what is included for the price shown. As we are B2B, prices are all ex GST and do not include freight. For freight, you have the option for us to use our couriers, and we would quote accordingly, or we can ship on your courier account.
Why can’t I have my logo bigger on the product?
We brand every product to the largest size possible. Still, depending on the shape for the product – curved surfaces, for example, or restrictions with how a particular branding works, there are size limitations to what we can do. Therefore, you will always receive a digital mock-up first for approval, and we will always advise if we feel any part of your artwork would not be readable to the branding size.
Can I get a sample to look at the product I want?
This is not a problem. However, we get asked for hundreds of samples, so there are costs for us to bear. Due to this, we do prefer to quote first to ensure you are happy with the pricing, so please read our samples policy.
I want a printed sample with my logo. Can you do this?
Yes, this is possible, but for most clients, a digital mock-up of your logo on the product is usually sufficient, and there is no cost for this. If you want your logo on a sample, numerous costs would need to be charged. There is a set-up cost, plus the cost of the product and branding cost. This will vary depending on which product is chosen, but it is an expensive process as the factories we deal with only cater to volume orders, so to do a one-off sample is time-consuming for them to set the machines up to do just one item.
I need a written quote to show my boss. How do I get a written quote?
The quickest way to get a written quote is to go to the product page, click on “Request Quote”, and fill out the details. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
I’m not sure how to place an order?
This is easy - go to the product page, click on “Create Order”, and fill out the form, or if you have received a written quote, you can reply to this to let us know you want to proceed. If any information is missing, we will contact you to let you know.
What is the process after I submit my order?
Several things will happen. To ensure we have the details correct, you will receive an email requesting to sign some documents digitally. These will include a full written quote with costings, artwork approval and terms and conditions. Once you have signed this, our accounts will email you an invoice with payment details. Once paid, we will then commence the job for you. If you have a 30 day account with us, once you sign the documents, we will get going straight away on your order and will invoice after the job has been dispatched.
I only need a small quantity. Your minimums are too big. Can I order a smaller quantity?
As we deal with suppliers and factories that supply B2B, most have minimum order requirements, which we show on our website. If your request is under this, it is in all likelihood we wouldn’t be able to supply the quantity you want.
Can someone come to our office to discuss our needs?
We are solely an internet company. Our office is based in Sydney, but to keep our costs low and ensure we offer the best prices possible, we only have staff in the office and nobody who can be on the road. Usually, everything is dealt with either through the phone or by email, but please be assured we have been doing this for many years, and we can talk through client’s requests through one of these options.
Do you only ship to Sydney?
No. We have an extensive courier network that we use and can ship anywhere to mainland Australia or Tasmania. If you are on another island, we can ship to your freight forwarder on the mainland.
Do you ship overseas?
We don’t ship overseas, except to New Zealand, due to the complex customs entry requirements for different countries. We can, however, ship to a nominated freight forwarder of your choice.
Do you price match competitors’ quotes?
We will always look at what has been quoted to see if we can match it for you. To do this, we would need to view the quote that has been provided to ensure we can check what has been quoted. For example, is the product exactly the same, is the branding being quoted the same, are the production times the same? We need to make sure we are quoting on the exact same conditions as the other quote.
We are a charity. Do you offer discounts?
We strongly believe in trying to help the community where we can. We have eight charities we donate to every month, but for any other registered charity, we can assist regarding prices, so please just let us know when enquiring that you are a charity, and we will quote accordingly.
I’m struggling to get the correct artwork to you. Can you help?
In order to do branding on your promotional product, there are specific file formats we require depending on the branding needed. If you can not provide the artwork in the correct format, we have a graphic team that can redraw your artwork to the correct format. Depending on the complexity of your artwork and what you are ordering, the cost varies from being free of charge to a nominal fee that we can quote after sighting the artwork. Alternatively, if you ask your marketing department who initially drew your logo, they usually have the required format.
Why do I have to give you a PMS colour for printing my logo?
When we have to print on a product, to ensure the print colour is accurate and consistent with your branding we ask for a PMS colour – Pantone Matching System. Every colour has many shade options, but when a PMS colour is quoted, there is only one colour to match it. This ensures consistency for you. We have a PMS chart that you can view here. Just bear in mind monitor screens on different contrast, and brightness settings will affect how the colour appears.
Do you do custom products?
Yes, we do. We have been making custom products for our clients for many years. We have a large manufacturing base to source from and develop products from scratch.
I’ve located a product elsewhere that you don’t advertise – can you source it?
The most probable answer to this is yes. We have a massive database that currently holds over 1 million different products. Unfortunately, we can’t show all of these on our website, but if you send us a link to the product, we will do our best to source it for you.
